A Recycling Centre in Chipping

West Oxfordshire District Council are asking residents for
their views of their intended Recycling Centre at Greystones.
Residents are invited to go and find out more about the
proposals at any of the informal consultation events:
Town Hall Thursday
5th July 12noon to 8pm
Leisure Centre
Saturday 7th July 9am to 1pm
Staff will be on hand to help with any enquiries.
Cllr David Harvey cabinet member for the environment said
"before going ahead we want to be sure this is what they want"? does
this mean if we don't want it we don't get it? or according to Cllr Simon Hoare
"I hope a lot of people will come and give their views as this will shape
our planning application". Its a done deal, not so much if you want it
your getting it anyway.

For those who may not remember the Council objected to this proposal before
Dean Pit was closed, WODC made it clear then there was no intention of moving
the reclamation centre to Greystones but preferred Enstone.
