I'm sure many will be saddened by the death of James Reeve (obt below) personally I did not know Mr Reeve other than needing the odd item  for a mower and that he started his business behind the fishing shop in West street before moving to his present location. The reason for writing this is that it is believed a few years back Mr Reeve was offered quite a large sum of money by a supermarket for his property and being a brownfield site is ripe for development. If so then this should have the anti Sainsbury's, anti Aldi Luddites brigade reaching for the smelling salts as the site is quite big.
