Man charged with handling stolen goods – Chipping Norton
42-year-old Miroslaw Chojnacki, of no fixed address, was charged on 4 July with one count of handling stolen goods and one count of acquiring/using/possessing criminal property.
The charges relate to a stolen Suzuki King Quad bike, which was found in a lorry on the side of Stow Road, Chipping Norton, on 3 July.
Chojnacki appeared at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on 5 July and pleaded not guilty. He has been bailed to appear at Banbury Magistrates Court on 30 September 2013.
A 41-year-old man from Gloucestershire was also arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen goods and theft of a motor vehicle. He has been released on police bail until 24 August.
