96-year-old dies after Chipping Norton collision
Thames Valley Police is conducting a fatal collision investigation after an
elderly man who was injured earlier this month in Chipping Norton died in
hospital yesterday (Wednesday) morning.
At about 1.30pm on Thursday, April 4, in the car park of the Co-op store in
Albion Street, a red Ford Ka was reversing when it collided with a male
pedestrian.
The 96-year-old man sustained a serious cut to the head and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
Officers continue to appeal for any witnesses to the collision.
