James Curtis, 23, of Burford Road, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to
stealing one case of Fosters lager, a Dr Pepper drink and a packet a crisps to
the value of £12.65 from the Co-operative store in High Street, Chipping Norton.
He was ordered to pay £12.65 compensation to the Co-op, fined £50, £20 costs and
£15 victim surcharge.
Nicholas Sumners, 47, of Lodge Terrace, Chipping Norton, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Mr Sumners was given a community order with a supervision requirement and ordered to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £40 costs.
Rocky Burton, 27, of London Road, Chipping Norton, was found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £90 costs.
