Cllr Hilary Hibert-Biles has been made
a cabinet member of the County Council. Mrs Biles is now responsible for
Strategic planning within Oxfordshire, Minerals strategy, Waste management and
Environmental management. Well done Hilary.
I wonder
how well this sits with the local Conservative party leader who recently
summoned Hilary to appear before her for the May reselection as Chipping
Norton's County Councillor, a little bird tells me the local party are not too
